Before attempting to play the video file, first make sure you have unzipped the zip file. Generally you can unzip any file by right-clicking on it, and extract all (or something similar, depending on your operating system.)

After unzipping, make sure you navigate into the unzipped location, NOT into the zip file (after unzipping, you may wish to delete the zip file to avoid confusion). Then...

To view a video, double-click on the MP4 file (or WMV file).

It should open up in your default media player, such as Windows Media Player, Quicktime, or Itunes.

Depending on your media player settings, you will most likely need to click the play button to start watching the video.

It may take a minute for the video to start playing.

MP4 files and WMV files can both be played on Windows computers and Macs.

The VLC player can be downloaded for Mac or PC, and can play most video files in any format.
